The staff here was always polite, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

marvellous and amazing location for visiting cafés and bistros. 28 minutes drive to airport. great view of square, huge & modern room. very comfy bed, an air conditioning and a high ceiling in the room.

Truly enjoyed hearty and delicious breakfasts.

The room was spotless with high ceiling, I stayed here for 3 nights. Coffee/tea making facilities and glassware were available. The location in a tranquil area was great and incredible.

The customer service here was top-notch. Our room was amazing and we had a stunning view of the square. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and really nice. 😊

The bath room ; the all facility in the room its more of a camping facilities. You cant take a shower with out creating a swiming pool .poor twoels . bed specialy the matress .

The restaurant was a big plus.

The shower stall tends to flood the entire bathroom.

The room here was stylish and impeccably clean, featuring a balcony, and the breakfast was delicious and filling with freshly squeezed juice.

The room was beautifully designed and modern, with a large bathroom. the venue's location was incredible, close to the bistro and public transportation options. - the soft drinks in the Irish bar were very welcome. - I had a nice experience at this quaint and fairly clean hotel that deserves more than 4 stars.

The restaurant and hotel'd location

Really disliked the bathroom. Very small, and no shower curtain (which I understand is common in Hungary). This was a deal-breaker and we moved out after one night.

Our room was spacious, clean, nicely appointed and the location of Gerloczy was very central to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful. The attached restaurant was wonderful.

I only wish there was internet access for guests.

Great little hotel with fantastic views of the street. It's situated right next to a beautiful Moorish-style synagogue 🏰.

Stayed in an attractively furnished deluxe queen room with reading lamps and vintage style. the location was marvelous and fantastic, worth staying in. - the staff were accommodating.

Old building has been beautifully restored. Rooms are large with very high ceilings.Staff were very nice. Free wi-fi worked well. Location is perfect.

The only negative is that the shower leaked around the base so that the bathroom floor got pretty wet after a shower.

Location. Relatively quiet. Comfort. Room 2/3 overlooked hotel patio. Will stay again if same room available.

Towells in short supply. Not much shelf space for cosmetics. Breakfast arrangement complicated. Twelve Euro allowance hard to configure as menu in forints. Suggest for future guests that as a helpful guideline a menu of breakfast recommendations be available.
